John G. Burke – Chief Operating Officer:

      John graduated from Texas Tech University in 1980 with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.  Following graduation, John went to work with Dresser Atlas as an open hole logging engineer in Oklahoma until late 1981.  Subsequently, John joined Hexagon Oil and Gas, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX as an engineer supervising drilling and completions of wells in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana.  John was promoted to Vice President of Primary Operations until the company sold out in 1999. John worked as an independent consultant with various oil and gas companies and individuals on workovers, evaluations and engineering before joining Redwine Resources, Inc. in 2003 as engineer in charge of drilling and completions of vertical and horizontal wells in Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and Colorado where he successfully planned, drilled and completed 26 horizontal CBM wells and dozens of vertical CBM wells in the Arkoma Basin of Eastern Oklahoma. He was in charge of all operations and oversaw all production and drilling activities for Redwine. He has served as the COO of LR Energy since the formation of the company in 2010.

 Mike Taylor (Mugger) - Field Superintendent:

      With thirty plus years in the Oil and Gas business, Mike started his career with TAC Oil Field Specialties in 1980 running and supervising workover rigs in the Cherokee Basin.  From 1984 to 1993 Mike joined an Independent development and production company and assisted in the drilling, completion and operations of 1250 wells in southeast Kansas and northeast Oklahoma.  In 1994 Mike became owner and operator of Taylors Well Service providing service rigs and drilling rigs in the Cherokee Basin.  In 2003 Mike joined the Layne Christensen Company as Production Superintendent and later took the title of Operations Manager. While with Layne, Mike oversaw the drilling and operations of over 700 wells both gas and oil in the Cherokee Basin.  Mike continues to be Operations Manager in the Cherokee Basin for LR Energy since they bought out Layne's operations in 2012.     

Diane Saunders – Controller:

       As Controller of LR Energy, Diane is responsible for all facets of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, joint interest billing, financial statement preparation, cash management, payroll, revenue distribution, and state and federal tax reports and payments. She brings twenty years of oil and gas accounting experience starting with Mobil Oil Corporation and most recently Redwine Resources, Inc.  Diane graduated from Texas Christian University, located in Fort Worth, Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration & Management.

Justin Barkman – Production Superintendent:

     Justin started his oil and gas career in 1997 with Faith Well Services operating and overseeing various down hole operations in and around the Cherokee Basin.  In 2003 Justin joined the Layne Christensen Company as a Lead Operator later being promoted to Production Foreman.  While in this position Justin was the direct report for all field level employees including all production, maintenance and contractor operations.  Justin continues his career in the Cherokee Basin as Production Superintendent for LR Energy since October of 2012. 

Martha Spaulding – Office Administrator:

       Martha received her Associated of Applied Arts and Science degree in Business Administration from Mountain View College, Dallas, Texas.  She coordinates daily administrative operations of the business also including land/division order analysis and maintenance and oil and gas production maintenance. She has twenty years of oil and gas administration experience from various independent oil and gas companies where in 2003, she joined Redwine Resources, Inc.

 Kimberlee Dixon – Office Manager:

     Kimberlee started her career in the Oil and Gas Industry in 2004 as Office Manager for Layne Energy, LLC., and was responsible for the administrative details of over 600 wells in the Cherokee Basin.  In 2009 Kimberlee was given the additional responsibilities of Land Administrator and in 2016 took over the Production Technician duties.  Prior to her employment by Layne she was with the Dana Corporation for 21 years.  Her various functions included Data Analyst, Documentation Specialist, Website Developer and Software Trainer.
